They barely gave me any information at all. The doctor ignored my concerns and failed to look into the reason for my visit. Five days later I visited another doctor that diagnosed and prescribed for my painful condition. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They ignored I was in the waiting room. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Tweedt is a great doctor, but her administrative staff is AWFUL. I am currently looking for another doctor because of them. The staff that answers the phones are rude, mean and extremely unprofessional. I called at 4:55 one day and the receptionist could be heard making snide remarks on the other end about patients calling at 5PM when she was trying to leave. Additionally, I received a lot of attitude when requesting a referral from their staff. See another doctor if you can - the experience is not worth it. Would NOT re... read more
