I have been going to Dr April for some time now (3+ years) and I won’t be going anywhere else! Shes always had amazing staff that are very kind, prompt and relatable; it doesn’t feel like a stuffy office visit with them. I feel comfortable to share everything that is needed. Dr. April is THEE best! She’s so thorough and takes her time to explain any and everything you need to know. The ENTIRE staff was beyond pleasant. I am so happy that I found an African-American, female OBGYN who is full of faith and amazing at what she does in Fort Worth. The joy and attentiveness of the staff speaks volumes about Mrs. Tolbert’s practice.

I’ll give two stars because the nurse practitioner was nice in the beginning, but didn’t seem extremely knowledgeable in my opinion. She was also trying to push using the portal for updates and I would prefer to talk to a live person. I have been calling since last week and they wouldn’t answer my call, which is interesting because when I called as a new patient they were quick to answer.
