April was the absolute best!! She was kind, compassionate, thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, and worked so easily with me! She helped me remotely,including getting a staging company, all needed repair work done, and all so easily , and my house sold within the first day on the market! I would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor.
April helped sell my townhouse. She created a beautiful description of the property. She also referred me to super painters, a great staging company, and a fantastic photographer who took photos for the online listing. She also created an impressive postcard and mailed it out to hundreds of addresses in the area. We had an offer in 5 days. What a relief! April is responsive, patient with all the moving "crazies" I had, knowledgeable, and kind. Thanks, April!!
April was fantastic with the sell of my house! We had a lot of complex issues due to the house being inherited from my mom. She was great about the time I needed and handled all the issuse with exact detail and grace. I would give her more stars, it just won't let me.
