April did an excellent job with helping us sell our home. She knows the Puyallup area well and talked us through setting the right price to get multiple offers. She was very responsive to anything we needed. I felt our sale was a little more challenging as we were working with a relocation company but she was more than willing to take the extra steps required to facilitate the sale. I highly recommend April when looking to sell or purchase a home.

We chose to work with April (again) because my fiancé had a great experience with her in 2021. This was my first home purchase and with being stationed in Japan during the entire process; I had lots of questions. April is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, transparent on the process, and went above and beyond to help facilitate the logistics even with a time difference of 16 hours. This was my first home purchase and I would not hesitate to use her again.
