I went in recently & got my gel nails (shellac on my natural nails) taken off, without new polish. Service was decent, but when I went to pay, they charged me $30 even though their website states that fake nail removal is $20.
I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. My big toes nail was cut too deeply into the skin on the side and became infected, I could barely walk on my vacation. My massage chair didn’t work and no one working cared to help. They didn’t have the shellac colour I wanted so I had to settle. The shellac on my hands was not painted up to the cuticle and already looked grown out when I came home and inspected it. The posted picture is only 8 days old.
