We have a new guy as the president. I think he genuinely cares about the residents, so this place has potential… maybe. 🤔 He is the only guy who shares the records without being asked, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail. That’s different. Hopefully, it stays like this. 🤨🤨

The people who run the HOA of this place first of all have no idea what they’re doing and also are rude and nosy. I’ve had someone walk in to my apartment here unannounced more than once (which is illegal) and literally while I was in the shower. They book people to mow the lawn on Sunday mornings?? Who does that. And the place has termites and other random issues.
