We had our house on the market with another agent and didn’t have a single showing in over 6 months. We switched to April Mason and had bookings within 24 hours. She mentioned our home didn’t even show up on the MLS search with the other agent. After less than one month with April; the house was under contract and we closed in 2 weeks from contract date!
