April is amazing she knew exactly what I needed even before I did. She is so talented and everyone in the shop is welcoming and treats you like family.
Today I was blown away by the customer service at this salon. Getting my hair done down right stresses me out and I have had a lot of bad experiences with rude hair dressers. I needed a haircut desperately and called them today. Whoever answered was so warm and inviting and answered all my questions. I had to bring my 3 year old and that just added on to my stress but really showed how amazing they were. I started using this establishment when my barber, Suren, relocated here. While I can't speak for all the services they offer, I can attest that every staff member is unfailingly warm and kind. Judging from the reactions of other customers while I'm there, it's clear they are a trusted and valued establishment.
Disappointing Experience at this Hair Salon I had a scheduled appointment at 2 pm for root touch-up, but upon arrival, the salon had no records of my color preferences. Both stylists seemed unaware and couldn't provide an explanation. Despite being a loyal customer for two years with 2 different hairdressers, I received the same vague response. "I DON'T KNOW".
