April was an absolute godsend for us! We came across her while trying to figure out how to buy our home through a private sale. After a nearly 2 hour phone call with her, we realized we NEED this woman! She has been so helpful with any questions we’ve had, and a couple of times showed us that she is willing to fight for us to get us what we want.
