Hateful staff, esp to those with chronic illnesses that may flair. They refused to treat me because I have a few chronic conditions. I was considered not urgent, even though my throat was closing up from what feels like infection. This was considered to be non-urgent. I can breathe but it's difficult to drink or eat anything. I was dizzy and asked for a wheelchair. I never got the Wheeler and had to walk to a bathroom. If your weak, feeling bad, a wheelchair is a smart idea.
Fantastic experience all around. She listened carefully to us, was very sympathetic with my son, and the diagnosis was spot on. She told us to go to the ER because she thought he had appendicitis. He did, and had the appendectomy 7 hours later!
