If you want someone to care or answer you back April Shoulders is not for you. I called yesterday about a vicks vaporub rash and told them all the things ive been doing just for me to call back later for them to say she answered me back( but never called me) and told me to use the same over the counter stuff I've been using. I told them to tell her again ive been using them and would like a prescription called in for a cream or whatever and please call me back since the office was open for another 3 more hours. NP Shoulders is very thorough and not rushed when completing my annual physical exam. She truthfully answers all my questions and even explains the blood lab results. I truly believe she cares!
The doctor (Dr. Aprils) was absolutely fabulous! Very friendly, great bedside manner, and she treated the problem quickly and effectively. She was one of the warmest doctors I've ever encountered.
