I want to be honest and helpful by writing this. Please if you need help you must look elsewhere. I was seeking help for PTSD symptoms and I found April through Mindful Care. She seemed nice at first but then she turned very cold and uncaring. Our sessions only lasted about 10-20 minutes and we were having connection problems constantly. Would not recommend this woman to anyone she should honestly have her license taken away. 0 stars.

This “psychiatrist” did not show up to her session with a patient and told them to “wait till next week” for their medication. No actual professional would EVER be so careless about someone’s livelihood and mental health. I’m so disappointed this “doctor” has license to have another person’s wellbeing in their hands. There’s an immense responsibility that come with the oath a psychiatrist takes. It’s unfortunate there are so many of these type people in this field. Do not recommend
