She kept interrupting me when I was trying to answer her questions. Did not listen to me. Promoting her expertise. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. When I called to make appointment I made one for consultation and one for injection. She told me I did not have an appointment for injection, not on her schedule, so someone there removed the appointment and did not tell me. She implied I didn’t know what I was saying.

At first, my experience was positive—other providers I interacted with were attentive, respectful, and seemed genuinely engaged in my care. However, once I met with the pain management MD, the tone of the visit shifted. Her and staff nurse demeanor felt unexpectedly dismissive, and the way she spoke to me came across as condescending. Dr. Fetzer is an excellent physician—thorough, clear, and incredibly easy to talk to. She has a warm, pleasant manner and took the time to explain everything in detail. After more than four years of working with various doctors to identify the source of my pain, she was the one who finally diagnosed and addressed the issue. I am so grateful for her expertise.
