April was very pleasant to work with as a contractor working on a home she is working as an agent on selling. She is very punctual, quick to answer the phone when needed, and a great attitude when speaking with her.
Today I received a call from April regarding lawn care services for her seller client in Jonesboro, GA. She was very nice and inquired about same day lawn care from my company in which I was happy to assist her. April is such a great realtor. She’s very communicative and stays on top of everything she has to do. Whether it’s updating contractors or her clients she goes over the top to make all parties satisfied
We just sold a property where April was the selling agent. There were difficulties that came up in getting the transaction across the finish line (due to title issues) and April was the biggest reason the sale stayed together and ultimately closed. We never had to wait on a response from April- she is on the ball 24/7 and she is extremely pleasant to work with as well. Cannot recommend her enough
