Instant relief in my neck and shoulders after a deep tissue massage focused on trigger spots! So glad I found April! I also have sinus trouble and with the aromotherapy and the muscle relaxation, I really am breathing deeper than I have in awhile! Totally recommend... would advise newbies to have a plan for what they are looking for and convey that to get the best benefit. I didn't have a say a word during the massage. April took care of all the spots that were stubborn like she was reading my mind.
