I had an appointment with a requested therapist today and I show up and they’ve switched my therapist to someone else without contacting me to see if I wanted to reschedule or if I was good with the switch. I understand things come up but notifying me would have been the proper way to handle that. Very disappointed in the service I received today.
I was so excited about today... Didn't know what to expect... Since it was our first time... We were about 20 min early... I'm guessing I was looking for a WOW moment...It was ok... But most definitely not worth the price we paid.. then by it being our first time no discount.. and I was told if I did the first time special there was no guarantee we would be In the same room... I'm certain we were the only ones there.. guess it wouldn't have been so bad ... Paying 120 verses 185... Oh well...
This place is amazing! My husband and I both regularly get massages here and we are never disappointed. April is very in tune with resolving aches and pains and she pays attention to each client. Recently, I have seen Toni for some nagging hip/sciatica pain, the relief she has provided is priceless. I will certainly be back! :)
