Beautiful shop, friendly staff
I had an amazing experience attending the beginners knitting class taught by Sara, the owner. In this class, you get hands on help learning to knit and also get a ball of yarn and knitting needles to begin your journey. The store itself has a great variety of yarns and knitting supplies as well. Will most definitely be back for yarn and or 1:1 private classes to help with projects. Thank you Apricot & Yarn Supply!
Great shop. Nice selection and a convenient location. I was visiting San Diego from the East Coast. Naturally I had to find a yarn store, and this one was right near the airport. Ironically, I ended up with a yarn from Philadelphia, where I’m from, though I’ve never found this specific product locally (Kelbourne Woolens Skipper). I also purchased an “in-house” yarn that has been really enjoyable to work with. Very friendly staff. Will stop by every time I’m in town.
Got my first nice quality yarn here- the atmosphere was nice and cozy, and I loved browsing the many different yarns. It’s a wonder I only left with 1 skein!
