Recommendedgreat staff and very informative
This staff needs to be better. I have called 2 days in row about getting a refill for my dog. It is for his seizures. Both times they dropped the ball Not requested the Dr. Authorization. They need to be more caring about our pets.

Dr. Woulte is the BEST Doctor hands down💞 She took such good care of my dog Gutter for 12 of his 15 years❣ Could not ask for a better Vet Clinic. The staff are very loving and caring as well.💞
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Apricot Vet today. Apparently our appointment was cancelled on us, and although they have my number and tried to call, they failed to leave a voice mail. So we went ahead and showed up at the time that we were suppose to, but had to wait around for them to find time for us. After waiting for 10 minutes out front without hearing from them, i walked back over to the front of the building to see if someone could give us an idea of when we would be seen. I am sorry you had a negative experience. We had a meeting and discussed ways we can improve our services during the difficulty of having to leave owners outside to decrease traffic to the clinic. The staff was trying to get other sick pet appointments finished to be able to see your pets. We should have given you an update in the middle of all this . It was not our intention to make you feel ignored. Thanks for your feedback and we will keep working hard to prevent this in the future.
