Pretty Bad return policy! I purchased 3 items less than a month ago and I tried to return the shirt ( new with tags and i had my receipt) but since I tried to do it after 14 days they couldn't do anything!! Seriously!? The shirt is new! And when I asked if I could have stored credit they said they couldn't give me anything! Unbelievable ! Finally I got the offer... $ 20 dollars for my new shirt that cost me $32 + tax - meaning I would en up losing money for this shirt!! They didn't care for a customer!

Last week I went to the Coconut Creek location to exchange several Christmas gifts. I had never been into Apricot Lane before and I left as a BIG fan! The adorable clothes and even better customer service will certainly bring me back!! Aida spent well over an hour helping me, in every way possible. I found (too) many things I loved and she offered great recommendations and suggestions. I hope she is appreciated and valued as an employee because she delivers fabulous customer service and is an asset to this store!
