I have dealt with Apria Healthcare for years, related to CPAP supplies. There is only one company that has worse customer service than Apria Healthcare: Xfinity. Apria's customer service is incompetent and difficult to get in touch with. Each person you speak with tells you something different, and it usually turns out that none of the facts are correct. I fear I am allergic to the mask. I got up at 5:30 this morning and it is now 2:30 and my face is still swollen. I have a blister on my right cheek where the mask was touching my face. I have a blister started on the other side also.
Chris in customer service spoke with my husband this am and told us they would have an infant oxygen monitor there for pickup and he can come in asap. I asked for the address and he gave me the wrong address so when my husband got there to Littleton location there was no monitor at all and it’s actually at the Louisville location. Really frustrating to say the least as this isn’t the first issue we have had with the company. Sales representative was courteous and got my order taken care of quickly.
Edit: 3 months later, this company started sending me bills, after telling me that my insurance would cover everything. I don't know if you all are aware, but surprise billing is illegal in the state of Colorado. I sent 2 emails and left a voicemail over this, and was never so much as met with a response. Finally I paid the bill and reported them to my insurance company and my doctor's office.
