Apria is the worst, they have no customer service and will gaslight you to avoid doing their job. All you had to do was bill insurance!
I am currently in the middle of a NIGHTMARE with this company. I keep getting billed for a product that they picked up in JANUARY. They claim there is no record of it being picked up, even though they have a record of a sleep test being picked up at the exact same time that the other equipment was. I have a message from my doctor on Feb6 saying he canceled the order for oxygen. Somehow I am being punished for the drivers failure to fill our paperwork correctly. Apria service were made available to me before I walked out of the hospital. I had a few Questions after I was home. They had someone come out and explained did hands on training
