I have always been happy with service at Apria, but recently the quality of service has not been as good as previously. I have ordered a new mask, and have heard nothing about it and I really need it. I detest trying to call to speak with anyone at the facility where I have been going. I usually end up trying to explain what I need to someone across the country. I want to talk to someone where I go to get my supplies!.
