billing is horrible sends you to collection agency with no warning. i have received four bills in one year. I ask for a breakdown of billing and never received it! Terrible way to do business! Do not know what I owe or why I owe it.

Worst service ever No stars! Apria has been the worst experience for me. I used to have Pacific Pulmonary and they would call and check on my supplies and quickly got me what I needed. I had to switch due to my insurance and I have yet to get any supplies after being their"customer" for over a year. Finally resorted to buying supplies with no insurance on line. I made an order with Apria and after a month I called to see where mask is. Guess what .. what order?? can't even talk to the local people that made the order so stuc... read more

Customer Service I find that their customer service stinks. I have had nothing but trouble with them and in talking to other, I have not heard 1 positive response to them. PS, try to find another supplier.

Worst Company EVER My husband needed a Cpap machine. It was turned over to Apria, who called to tell him that our insurance would pay at 100%. He questioned it since we have a super high deductible. Again, the rep reassured and confirmed it was going to be paid at 100%. When we went to pick up the machine, we again questioned the amount we would be responsible for. We told the rep we had a high deductible, and expressed our concern as to the cost (just in case the insurance company did not pay). She told us she could not giv... read more

Just like family with a professional twist. The level of professionalism and caring is difficult for me to describe. They take their work very personally and the kindness I encountered was truly refreshing. For me they are like family. They extra mile, top of line equipment, the follow up calls, and best of all, you don't need to "ask" the right questions. These folks are great. Bob M
