I just got put on oxygen full-time. The young man who delivered my regulator walked through the mud and then tracked it all over my house. He was in a hurry to get home. He was obviously frustrated and he told me it was all overtime for him. Please have your delivery people where shoe protectors inside people's homes or learn to take off their shoes! How rude. He didn't bring six tanks, he only brought five. He forgot to leave the "ear pads" for my poor sore ears. And he most definitely didn't wash his hands before he began ... read more
Management and customer service are amazing! They really went the extra mile to help my dad get approved for oxygen. I appreciate all the help they gave.
Apria has been the worst company to deal with. They had been billing me through email that I never agreed to and never received emails from, I called several time never fix, then told that the company that does the billing is not preferred provider but they are a preferred provider just not the company that does the billing. Then they turned me into collections. What a joke. If you can avoid Apria I would, btw you can get you cpap supplies way cheaper online than you get through them. Sad, I rate them a fat zero if I could.
