Apria has been the worst company to deal with. They had been billing me through email that I never agreed to and never received emails from, I called several time never fix, then told that the company that does the billing is not preferred provider but they are a preferred provider just not the company that does the billing. Then they turned me into collections. What a joke. If you can avoid Apria I would, btw you can get you cpap supplies way cheaper online than you get through them. Sad, I rate them a fat zero if I could.

APRIA DOES NOT seem to much care about their services. I'm recommending to my Dr. that they go with another company. This one should take its last breath (without) oxygen and fade away.
