I wish I could rate this place a -5. The customer service is extremely poor. I keep receiving the wrong items through my auto‑delivery enrollment. Even after nine months of contacting their supply team—and after my doctor reached out three times—I am still getting incorrect items and being charged for them. Their recordkeeping is terrible, and their customer service is unacceptable. Stay away from this company and order your supplies elsewhere online, where you can actually get what you need.

Dealing with company for over one year. They don't understand their own billing department. Got a refund almost a year after returning my Sleep machine. Then got charged another payment just recently. Please consider another company to do business with. Will never use again for anything in future.

To give them a one star rating is really overly generous. They don’t return phone calls, they keep you on hold for so long their system cuts you off and you have to call back…only to be put on hold again. They confirmed they were shipping my new cpap by Fed Ex. Four hours later, I got a phone call asking if I wanted my machine shipped… can’t make this up Whoever runs Apria should be fired on the spot

I don't understand why trying to order supplies is such an unnecessary nightmare, every time I go to order, I never get the entire order, trying to call is ridiculous, never get calls back after you're put on so-called return call list. Get asked same redundant questions over and over again and then told about accessories and sales for things I don't wish to buy. I just want too be able to breath when I'm asleep.
