This place is such a hassle. I have my account set to autopay, and they keep calling, texting, and emailing me about missed payments. And it's robocalls and no-reply emails - get your back office in order instead of just harassing people!
Poor customer service. The promised monthly maintenance checks have not been performed as we were told they would be, and every type of oxygen generator we have received from them has repeatedly broken down. This has been extremely frustrating and unreliable.
By far one of the most misleading companies for medical equipment. From bad customer service to misleading and hidden fees to the customer support number that cannot seem to help you at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If your doctor sends you to them ask for a consult somewhere else.
Literally the worst medical supply company to deal with. No one knows what’s going on. Nothing is put into the computer correctly. Supplies are not delivered or picked up when they are supposed to be. I never post reviews but this company was so bad I had too…
If there were a minus star I would be checking that box!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything in my life and I am 72 years old!!! It's impossible to get any customer service. You order items and never get them nor do you hear from them again. The follow-up is excruciating, numerous, painful and most times ineffective. If another company is offered to you for CPAP or oxygen needs please go with them.
