Unwieldy Very poor directions on assembling mask.
The Lincolnia office was relatively helpful. But Apria as a company is terrible. I had to go through multiple calls before I got what my doctor ordered--nasal pillows. They talked me into something else when I didn't know it was something else. So I had to pay for all that. And then when I finally got my nasal pillows, they kept sending me products telling me I had a subscription. They told me I could only get refund on one of them. Worse yet, if you try to call them to fix a problem, they make you wait about an hour.
They don’t care about actually meeting your needs, just shoving equipment out the door at you. ASK FOR A DETAILED BILL BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING. I got three different “bills” all for different amounts.
