AVOID this company for Oxygen supplies. This review has nothing to do with the people I have dealt with at Apria, although they lack training and the ability to actually assist customers. Terrible billing practices!!! Apria company billing suddenly changed my insurance records, and now I am being told they will pick up my equipment because the insurance is not paying the bill. I called the insurance company and they have no records of any outstanding or unpaid or denied or rejected bills on my account, and in fact said that if Apria sends them a bill, they will pay it. This company is one of the worst I have ever Delta with in the past 30 years. I spent over 10 hours on the phone just to correct my address. They still sent the incorrect cpap replacement parts. I have now spent 2 hours on hold to get the correct parts. My recommendation is to use another company.
I was hung up on by a rep
Returning a call, only to be on hold over 40 minutes, no one ever answered. Only for the call to be hung up on. Now they are closed. No help whatsoever! They have got to be kidding me.
