I was hung up on by a rep
Returning a call, only to be on hold over 40 minutes, no one ever answered. Only for the call to be hung up on. Now they are closed. No help whatsoever! They have got to be kidding me.
I called Apria DME because I could not get Mid-Atlantic Medical Supply to send me CPAP supplies due to incompetence and surly customer service reps. The young lady who answered my call at Apria was exceptionally friendly and helpful. What a difference great customer service can make for a company's bottom line. I moved to VA from UT several months ago. I cannot get orders sent by my new doctor moved to the correct office even though I have been calling weekly for months. Their customer service has been not been helpful at all.
