What a joke,been waiting for my CPAP supplies.Always 2 weeks to get them....
Poor customer service
APRIA has the worst billing system. I feel very sorry for anyone who works in that department, they try to help, but it never gets better. It's not their fault, its their computer system. They have consistency gotten my billing incorrect every month of almost two years. I am so tired of calling them to get the bills fixed. Do not every sign up for automatic payments!!! They delivery my CPAP supplies just fine, it's the billing system that is unbelievably bad.
Horrible customer service-this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It feels like waste of time every time I call them.
Real people - very fast, accurate and kind. Got our son's nebulizer and tubes so quickly with a painless payment process.
