Real people - very fast, accurate and kind. Got our son's nebulizer and tubes so quickly with a painless payment process.
The techs and delivery people care about you. The office staff try, but seem to be frustrated. I called at 9am when open to replace a failed concentrator, after several calls all day, finally got someone who called a teck to deliver a replacement (my 2nd ) at 8PM. BTW, IT FAILED after 3 hours. Calling again on a Sunday for a replacement. Who knows when or if they will do it today. Calling my pulmonologist on Monday to find another supplier. Every representative I've talked to about my new equipment has been helpful, knowledgable and courteous. Some of my questions have been to lame to ask but I'm always treated respectfully. Even when I've run into an unknown, they will do the research and call you back promptly. Very helpful.
Given their many bad reviews, I wanted to share my outstanding one. Seems to be a bit hit and miss. Mine was outstanding. They called me for prescribed crutches. Gave me an appointment the next day to pick them up. Parked in a pick-up spot, called the number on the sign and two minutes later got my crutches delivered. Simple signature and it was all done. Great experience every step of the way, very friendly people too.
