If I could give zero star rating I would. Supplies do not arrive when expected and patients are depending on these supplies. If you want your supplies on time, I would not go with this company
Bad customer service from their receptionist. Such a bitcchy attitude and not solving my needs. I asked for a supervisor and I was on hold for more than 15 mins! Finally a dude answered and he was rude as well. Very sarcastic. Do better with yalls receptionist and supervisors if he was an actual supervisor because he didn’t even answer saying my name is .. Apria seems to be bordering on unethical billing practices, 1st they tried to bill for two months of equipment usage for a machine that they failed to ship. 2nd it took 2 months of fighting, worthless discussion with the call center, and a help ticket created through the automated chat to get the online payment system to accept my account number. 3rd the automated system payment which I have the number for and that drafted my account same day and cleared my account same day did not apply properly so my account shows to be de... read more
Avoid this company like the plague. VA suggested I use them and wow, I should've ignored that suggestion and listened to all the reviews instead, but here I am. First, they tell me it will be $78 up front for the co-pay and then the bill hits and it's $361. I ask why it changed so drastically and they tell me "it's your deductible, co-pay, and fees." Their communication is horrible including threatening me to get me to sign a document document. They claimed they would have no proof I returned their equipment and they would bill me and my insurance for the equipment even after I returned it. They forced me to sign a document that stated I owed them 92 dollars even though I returned everything. This is not a company anybody should do business with. Especially if they force people to do anything against their will.
