The young man, Ryan, who came to service my unit was Great! Very pleasant and knowledgeable! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of difficulty scheduling, and communication with the office.

Not smart enough to rent/ sell a hospital bed to a patient who is self pay. Literally can charge the same as insurance pays but without the billing hassles. But staff answering phones apply no critical thinking skills. No RX, no bed, no thinking.

Would post zero stars if possible. My mother is prescribed oxygen at night for sleep. She's been without it for a week and a half because of Apria playing games with scheduling a tech to come and fix it. They have no shame playing with elderly people's health like this.

My bipap machine quit working after only a few months. I was told I was on a list for a replacement. I was given no ETA and my calls are not being returned. My sleep apnea is mixed type and is severe. I'm very disappointed with how this situation is being handled. It took many weeks for me to get a backup oxygen tank as well.

The billing practices at Apria are questionable if not possibly illegal. They bill you for the full amount before your insurance even processes it and expects you to pay the whole thing. We pulled the EOB's and they say in process and Apria is driving you crazy ( calls, texts, paper bills) to pay the full amount, ( not the allowed amount) before its processed.
