Truly horrible customer service. I needed a simple wheelchair and fought with them for five days to get a status on delivery - and then ended up cancelling the order. I'll never use them again.

Horrible experience Apria asked me to return the CPAP machine. They sent me a return label. I took it to UPS and I sent it to them per the address on their label I even have proof that they received it. Then Apria turned me over to a collection agency stating that they did not receive their machine. I have called Apria many many times. I have emailed all proof that they received the machine. They keep telling me that they will check and call me back. They never called. A true nightmare!!! Don’t ever use this company!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. It's impossible to set up services here without some foreigner getting on the phone transferring you to an endless loop of foreigners that clearly have no motivation to set up a new customer. Proceed with caution.

I have been with Apria Healthcare since 2014 and still am with them. They have served me very well. When I have an issue they are prompt on resolving the problem, like my concentrator decided to act up they were out on the same day to replace as quickly as possible. And they also replace oxygen bottles when I need them replaced. I would recommend them cause all the staff and delivery guys they treat you very well. I would say keep up the great work you all do for everyone. Have an amazing day. Thank you for your service.
