Local office is no help at all, the main office customer service has poor attitude. They really are not willing to help and not wanting my business.
We have been with Apria for 8 years. When we lived in Wisconsin the service was great. I could always get hold of someone if there was an issue. Since moving to Texas and Covid it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone. The 24 hour service is a joke. When you call your local number or the 24 hour number after hours you get hold of no one and the phone will disconnect. We will be changing companies
