No one knows what's going on. Nobody knows how to help a customer to return some parts that are absolutely worthless to this customer. I live in Wisconsin.\n Twice a delivery person came to an address in Andover Minnesota to pick up parts from. me.
Lots of phone calls, repitition, and not helpful with an issue I had. They were all nice enough but did not really dig into what I needed. I ended up buying an item myself that insurance wouldn't cover, and I didnt even need it.

Quick and easy
Got faulty oxygen equipment from them twice. The first regulator sprayed out at full blast, and the replacement had a leak so the tank lasted only one hour instead of three (and it wasn’t the o-ring). I bought my own off Amazon for $25 instead that worked fine. Awful humiliating experiences for my wife who was first venturing out in public after getting a bad diagnosis.
