Been trying to get my cpac machine for two months but can’t talk to anyone they put me on hold after ten minutes I get disconnecter
Absolutely horrendous company to work with for DME Supplies. I have spent so many hours on the phone with them trying to sort out insurance issues. Despite giving them our insurance information several times, they continue to call us multiple times a week saying they need updated information. They sent us a bill for $450 from supplies we got 8 months prior, which our insurance company already paid for. They keep telling us our insurance didn't pay but we received EOBs stating otherwise.
