Absolutely horrendous company to work with for DME Supplies. I have spent so many hours on the phone with them trying to sort out insurance issues. Despite giving them our insurance information several times, they continue to call us multiple times a week saying they need updated information. They sent us a bill for $450 from supplies we got 8 months prior, which our insurance company already paid for. They keep telling us our insurance didn't pay but we received EOBs stating otherwise. Oxygen concentrator died at 1:30 this morning, unable to reach any Apria emergency person to bring another one. Have called many times.
No one knows what's going on. Nobody knows how to help a customer to return some parts that are absolutely worthless to this customer. I live in Wisconsin.\n Twice a delivery person came to an address in Andover Minnesota to pick up parts from. me.
