Customer service appears to be non existent. Called and left a voicemail. A few days later, I emailed. I waited on hold to speak to with someone for 15 minutes, and now im on hold again because they transfered me.
My mother's oxygen tank broke. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that she got taken care of on the weekend. He answered a lot of questions for us. Thank you Dave for everything. You truly are an asset to apria Healthcare.
The gentleman that came was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything in a manner that we could understand. He will be coming back to show us how to refill the tanks.
