If i could rate this company a ZERO I would. I needed a replacement cpap machine after months of dealing with another local company (Nov-Apr) and nit getting anywhere, my doctors suggested Apria. My doctors submitted my recent sleep study from November. Apria sends me my new cpap machine at the beginning of April 2026 and now today June 2 2026 I received a nasty letter from Apria demanding I return the cpap machine. I have used a cpap faithfully every night since 2005. This company obviously has no clue what they are doing. ... read more
Customer service appears to be non existent. Called and left a voicemail. A few days later, I emailed. I waited on hold to speak to with someone for 15 minutes, and now im on hold again because they transfered me.
My mother's oxygen tank broke. Dave went above and beyond to make sure that she got taken care of on the weekend. He answered a lot of questions for us. Thank you Dave for everything. You truly are an asset to apria Healthcare.
