We'll just pile on the "zero stars if we could". They called me during surgery recovering no less than 8 times. They could not figure how to bill the insurance that 5 other healthcare providers figure out how to bill $70k to. Then came letters and calls and threats. I ended up paying so they would leave me alone. Relentless extortion, and slimmy tactics. To all the lower level employees may break your servitude to them, and repair your karma.
Carolin the manager is horribly unprofessional and mocked me after they didn’t send my equipment repeatedly.
Stay away from Apria!!! Absolutely horrible service. (Not that you can get service) You’ll have long wait times on the phone and often they hang up as soon as they pick up the phone. Expect 3-4 hours to reach anyone. If they set an appointment with you expect it won’t happen and if they are set to pick up equipment, they won’t show. Worst experience. Just horrible. Update. I'd give zero stars if I could. After mailing out my CPAP parts to the wrong address (with a state line in between, so not like I could run around the corner to get it), they proceeded to kick me over to the new provider with Kaiser, this despite the order happening while they were serving Kaiser. After promises that they were still handling Kaiser concerns in house, they forwarded me to their "Kaiser department"...which was the new provider with Kaiser.
