Received my machine very quickly. Everyone has been very kind and professional throughout the entire process.
I was referred to this company after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was told I’d hear from them in one to two weeks. I started getting emails asking me to sign documentations, In these documentations, it said that we had spoken on the phone. I have never heard or spoken to anybody from this company yet and these documents are breakdowns of the thousands of dollars of cost for equipment and want me to sign. Checking my Mothers insurance claims paperwork I see a $192.19 monthly charge for the last 5 months. Have no idea what it’s for - the only equipment she has is a wheelchair she’s used once. Trying to contact has been a nightmare- tomorrow I will try again. I can purchase her a wheelchair for a few hundred $$$’s. Hope to resolve soon as I think this has been going on longer than 5 months
