The process to get receipts is horrible! I paid my bill online called and was asked if I’d like to pay I stated I just did and the charge the representative said was not what was online. I called my insurance company and company 1 bill was paid at 100% but they took out of my HSA account a charge for the dates in which were paid by insurance. Not happy!
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. My work has changed insurance companies and I have called 3 times to update my insurance they have yet to do so. I have paid 10 months for my machine and only owe 2 months to pay it off and nobody will let me pay it off. Company is based in Macon but you can't get a single person on the phone that understands basic English to help you. They harass you all hours of the days and nights with phone calls, emails, and text messages but can't simply take a paymen... read more
I am the nurse navigator at Pruitt Health Macon on Anthony Road. I want to say that the Macon Apria office is fabulous. I had a situation with a resident I discharged who needed oxygen setup ASAP. At almost 5pm and closing I called and spoke with Scott. He and the team immediately went into action and worked with me to get the delivery done quickly and with great efficiency.
