After waiting for months finally my CPAP machine arrived, but my machine wasn’t new!! My insurance paid for a new machine, this was used, they insisted was new, well because was returned from another customer in 30 days or less, no that doesn’t make it new is used. As soon as I opened the box the on/ off bottom was faded, was having a little bit of dust and some cat hair, also other things I seen was obvious that wasn’t completely new the way that was supposed to be.
