From day one it's been a communication disaster and it continues day after day
Very helpful.
Dont put your open until 5 if the doors are locked an hour before with nobody to answer the phone.
My CPAP machine was delivered on May. Unfortunately it was sent with the wrong power cord. It took 5 calls to finally get a new cord sent to me but it was the same cord as originally sent! I have not been able to use my machine and it is 45 days later. I have made at least 10 phone calls to Apria and have gotten nowhere. They promise I will get a replacement cord 'by Friday ' but then it doesn't come. They say the supervisor will look into it and get back to me. No reply. Apria Healthcare has the worst customer service. They continue to bill me for services for supplies i did not order. When i ask for an explanation and detailed bill it never comes. Additionally they are double billing me for a cPap machine because i changed heath insurance in the middle of the contract. They told me the contract resets with a new start date. This is robbery!! I strongly advise Not to use this provider. Look for someone else!!
