Apria Healthcare has the worst customer service. They continue to bill me for services for supplies i did not order. When i ask for an explanation and detailed bill it never comes. Additionally they are double billing me for a cPap machine because i changed heath insurance in the middle of the contract. They told me the contract resets with a new start date. This is robbery!! I strongly advise Not to use this provider. Look for someone else!!
If I could use a minus Stars as a review, i would. From the day I was told that my CPAP would be mailed FedEx and then the delivery guy showed up at my door with the equipment wanting to give me a demonstration but I had not even showered or dressed yet to the people on the phone who had me scan my face so they could determine what size mask to send but then asked me if I was a small or large woman even though they were the professionals with a scan of my face, this entire experience has been a nightmare. Terrible service when equipment doesn't work
Awful dysfunctional DME. Have been trying to get a sling for my handicap 11 year old since April. Finally in June i get one that doesn’t even work for my hoyer . Then I get this one for an extra large adult. My kid is 65 pounds . I am already in works with insurance company to get their money back. They can come get these slings. They don’t care at all . Not my first rodeo with this company, dysfunctional, poorly ran .
