Was ready to cancel Apria due to the awful delivery man who brought me a defective used unit still set at previous owners level. He couldn't have been ruder...new unit was delivered by Mike (Toms River) who couldn't have been kinder and more considerate...I am remaining a customer due to Mike and the outstanding customer service reps I spoke with...take care of Mike, he's a true blessing to Apria
I originally left a negative review. Most of us hope the company sees the review and does something to address the problem. This is exactly what happened and I now recommend this facility.
From day one it's been a communication disaster and it continues day after day
Very helpful.
Dont put your open until 5 if the doors are locked an hour before with nobody to answer the phone.
