They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
