Probably comiting insuanrce fraud. They had no issue getting a bed to us. Its now been 3 weeks of no pick up and lies from multiple staff members about when pick up will be. I am also calling the insurance company to report these people. Funny hospice already picked up the bed they gave us. Now forced to look at a bed in the garage after our loved one is gone is kind of like torture!
It's the worst company ever. They say that they bought your machine so your insurance won't pay it and the parts also. They don't pick up their phones. It's a hassle for them to fill your tank. They think their going out of their way to help you. They don't know what their doing. It's a company for a third world country.
Absolute worst company ever, never have any supply and never call you back as promise..
