The people in the local office are great! However, you can no longer talk to them because of Apria's desire to streamline calls (fancy word for screening) when customers have a need. Another example of corporate inefficiencies and lack of customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am sure I would have anyway since this type of practice turns customers off and they would likely lose a lot of business (and eventually go out of business). I will stick with local folks who care about local residents.

I selected this company as my oxygen supplier in November 2010. The local staff in Greenville NC were polite, knowledgeable and willing to help. if there was a problem or question about any of the durable equipment or oxygen supplies I could count on them for answers. I was very satisfied with the company and even recommended them to others, however, their service has changed. We can no longer reach the local office by phone.
