Customer service was excellent. My CPAP and accessories were shipped delivered far more quickly than I anticipated. Very satisfied.
Nt cpap supplies came fast with my order. The sales team was great helping me with my order.
I did get my equipment mailed tome and it was correct, however, I did have to get my insurance people to participate in a phone call with me because Apria wanted to charge me and I have NO COST DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NOT SUBJECT TO DEDUCTIBLE. Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield explained everything and we were told well, that is just how the billing system works. Not a very good experience for sure. A real lack of communication on your part. Not sure why my health care provider changed to Apria. So much confusion. Delivery of Resmed, and supplies was told would be here maybe Tuesday, for sure Wednesday. Five thirty pm Wednesday it shows up. Wrong face mask was sent, supposed to be a full face mask. Looks like I will be on the phone tomorrow to try and get this all figured out.
