they are there to help but the billing dept is tricky. I see they charged me 3 times for the same thing and charged me for something they told me was free within the first 30 days. I have been talking with many employees of Apria but no resolution yet. I have paid everything I owed, talked with billing to make sure I don't owe, have printed out my zero balance statement, but I still get calls saying if I don't pay, I will be sent to collections. I would say just beware of their billing practices, which are most confusing.

My physician referred me to Apria for cpap machine and supplies. I was in need of national company coverage. From the onset of the referral, there have been delays. Original order was sent 2/11. Did not receive machine until 2/26. Original order had wrong mask on order. The order was changed, but The mask I needed was sent separately. I received my machine today, but no mask. Contacted customer service, was told nothing can be done. Overnight delivery was not an option. Does not bode well for future supplies if needed quickl... read more
