My physician referred me to Apria for cpap machine and supplies. I was in need of national company coverage. From the onset of the referral, there have been delays. Original order was sent 2/11. Did not receive machine until 2/26. Original order had wrong mask on order. The order was changed, but The mask I needed was sent separately. I received my machine today, but no mask. Very quick delivery of prescibed Cpap machine. Easy to contact and talk to a real support person (not just an AI BOT) about doing initial setup of machine. Within a week of starting treatment, Bob (one of Apria's support team) Read the data from the machine, and took the initiative to call and follow up. We discussed my experience with using the machine and had very useful tips for me, and during the call he agreed that a full face mask may help me tolerate the treatment better than the nose face mask and is sending out a fu... read more
