Everyone was SO helpful getting me a new CPAP. Service was very fast and thorough. A nice surprise, after spending MONTHS attempting to get one through a "big name" company!
I will start with the positive, all reps were very nice and polite, however it took at least 7calls to finally place my order. Each time there were additional requests for information that were needed. My dr placed the order with a third party who sent the order to Apria. After a few more calls I discovered they didn’t have the prescription so more calls made to solve this. Finally another call to discover a docusign was needed and finally shipped and received order. Lilly was invaluable in getting my nebulizer replaced. I did a 3 way call with my insurance company, Apria & myself. She was able to get everything straighted out for me & I received my nebulizer the next day. Without her I don't think it would get done! She was SUPER AWESOME!! If you could reach out to her & let her know that I contacted you & what I said.
Once the RX was approved (and that slow process was nothing to do with Apria but dear old Florida Blue) things moved quickly. Super nice people. Respiratory Tech Kevin was amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly. One tiny issue with the wrong mask but that was sorted out in short time. Thank you Apria. Job well done.
