Very poor customer service. Was informed they will not ship my CPAP to me even if I pay for it instead have to go 40 miles. Impossible to contact corporate for a complaint.

Since day one there has been nothing but issues. My mother needed oxygen and a nebulizer machine! They received the order on Monday and they have given me ever kind of story as to why the order was still pending on Tuesday and how no one touched the order until Wednesday. The customer service at this company is a joke and they still have not got us any closer to getting the oxygen and nebulizer anytime soon. Excuses each time we call and they find something new each time that they need to get us the product she needs.
