This company has the most irritating phone service I have ever encountered and I'm 73!!!!!Dont even try to reach someone. It is like a merry-go-round ride...I was transferred to 5 different departments. When I explained I could barely hear because of the static on the phone, the "service person" who "cares deeply about me" got snippy.i have ordered a water chamber for my CPAP machine four times with the wrong chamber sent each time. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes for someone to answer. I guess I have to go to the building to replace my oxygen bottles. The girl behind the counter never smiles.
ABSOLUTE JOKE. It's a good thing I am not 90 with pneumonia or I would have died. Customer Service is a joke and JASON was very rude and unhelpful. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. I highly recommend going through ANYONE other than APRIA HEALTHCARE. I wish I could give less than ZERO stars. - Donna
