Do not use this company!! I did an electronic signature to receive my cpap in the mail within 2-3days. A week later it wasnt here. So I went to a different company and got it. Now I'm receiving bills for a machine I dont have. And all they are saying is you signed for it.... I NEVER RECIEVED THE DAMN MACHINE SO HOW DID I SIGN FOR RECIEVING IT?
I called just to speak to someone about their services but the messages were to press "1" if medical office or such or press "2" if existing customer. No other options to get through to anyone about their services. I suppose they do not want to speak to a possible new customer.
