Trying to get a replacement CPAP machine. My doctor faxed the required documentation to Apria several times and received a transmission receipt each time. Apria claimed they never received anything even though my supplemental insurance sent me a letter looking for documentation that Apria was supposed to send them. I wonder why Apria sent them a notification for a CPAP request if they never received anything from my doctor. NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO
We'd been trying since early December to get a replacement bed for the 10 yr old Apria one my husband has been using (controls quit working). Finally had the pleasure of speaking with Sabrina. Not only did she get it delivered to our house within a week of first talking to her, she also called to report what she had done (emailed doc for rx; etc.) to keep us informed of progress. We've been dealing with a lot since the bad stroke my husband had in 2008 and worked with dozens if not more of service reps for different equipmen... read more

I found them to be efficient and very businesslike in our dealings. I realize that they have rules they must follow and appreciate the fact that they do explain the reasons when asked. Many are required by the insurance companies or Medicare. Would recommend this company

When I called to check on why my order hadn't come they told me they had called me several times to find out about billing (they had all that information) so they canceled the order. I never received a message on my cell phonier on my home phone. Guess they don't need my business.
