I had been receiving supplies for my sleep apnea machine for 6 years, then they refused to send supplies, since they said the doctor missed a signature in the papers. They refused to provide an emergency supply and left me stranded. I even called the corporate office and they did nothing. I regret not having checked their reviews online.
This crap of a company destroyed my credit. My insurance was paying my co-pay. My insurance ended because they said they didn’t receive my renewal letter in the mail. Instead of billing me, they wait a year and then turn it over to a collection company. When I got the letter from them I called Apria. The person I was talking to must have been in Pakistan, extremely hard to understand. I ask to speak to a manager, he put me on hold. It would be nice if they could give u more iinfo when u call just not happy with the answers I get
Once I contacted Apria it was just a few short days until i recieved my equipment. The young lady i spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY WILL TAKE WAY TO LONG TO GET YOU YOUR ORDER AND GET IT WRONG WHEN YOU GET IT!! GO ELSEWHERE!!
