Once I contacted Apria it was just a few short days until i recieved my equipment. The young lady i spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY WILL TAKE WAY TO LONG TO GET YOU YOUR ORDER AND GET IT WRONG WHEN YOU GET IT!! GO ELSEWHERE!!
It was the slowest fulfillment and delivery since the 1960’s. I ordered and weeks later I hadn’t received shipping information. I called and I was told it would go out the following week. At least two weeks later I got a tracking number. Delivery took over a week. In two words…service sucked.
I got a message from Tiana the manager of Apria on Monday threatening to send my dad to collections if they were not able to pick up the equipment he had received. My dad had passed away Saturday. The insensitivity of this, as well as the fact my dad had equipment from 3 different companies for oxygen in a matter of weeks because of the changing circumstances from referral for one stent in the hospital, a different order for another at his next stent in the hospital with more equipment and a week later with hospice.
