Responsive staff, even to voice mails and emergency equipment issues says this retired RN/FNP. Great service always.
They send broken supplies and then require you to return them before shipping out a replacement. It is a several week turnaround to get broken supplies.
I thought it was a great idea to switch to Apria on the auto ship program. It’s now been over two weeks and from what I can tell the order hasn’t even been placed yet. 🤷♂️
Their billing is HORRIBLE. I was paid up, but they said I still owed, so I paid more and enrolled in autopay to make life easier. I then realized they had over-billed me so unenrolled my MRA card and called to request a refund. 2 weeks later they took an unauthorized withdrawal from my MRA card for the TOTAL of the 2 payments I had already made. I had to call 4 TIMES to get them to understand basic math and refund my money.
Machine is whisper quiet. Support from Apria is 2nd to none.
