Receptionist was very nice Tom was also very caring and helpful they are great people at Apria
While the people that work at this office are lovely and very helpful, their billing department is atrocious. EDIT: Apria send me medical equipment without my approval nor did they inform me of the delivery. I returned the equipment the next business day after I discovered it. Today I received a bill for the equipment that I didn't agree to receive and already returned. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY
