Awful company! Terrible customer service. My doctor ordered my CPAP machine, from a long list of vendors that my insurance allows, and it has been a nightmare. They were quick to get a machine to me, and supplies they thought were necessary, and of course bill me right away. However, try to get support, supplies, or any questions answered, forget it! Management is not ever available, or helpful. I will be communicating with my doctor about using a different company and returning their equipment.
While the people that work at this office are lovely and very helpful, their billing department is atrocious. EDIT: Apria send me medical equipment without my approval nor did they inform me of the delivery. I returned the equipment the next business day after I discovered it. Today I received a bill for the equipment that I didn't agree to receive and already returned.
