While the people that work at this office are lovely and very helpful, their billing department is atrocious.

It is almost impossible to speak with someone in the United States! The people who answer calls say they are "offshore" and they don't understand English well enough to have an indepth conversation. The billing department is out of control, and most of the people answering calls don't understand the bill any better than I do. If I could get my equipment from somewhere else, I definitely would!
I've had a great experience with Apria Healthcare. They answered my questions and shipped a new mask overnight
