Ordered a portable oxygen concentrator, went through all the steps, was approved, and called and told they would call to make an appt for them to come out. Then after 3 mos. I call them and they tell me that they are not in contract with my insurance co.!!! Nice guys, not too intelligent, willl never use them again. Although they are not in contract with my insurance co., They handle my home oxygen!! Go figure.
The phone system leaves a lot to be desired. IF you can get thru then you might find someone that will answer your questions.
