Went for interview at Monroeville branch was told I should have email by Friday and all seemed good. Waited for email about next phase of hiring process. Weeks later no answer and no email. Contacted management with no direct answer. Seemingly waste of time, wouldn't recommend wasting your time applying for a run around with no direct results or answers. If hiring process is like that, I can only imagine the misery of working there.
They have the worst possible service
No company has caused me as much hassle and grief as this company has. They have used my card without authorization. They have sent me supplies automatically without my knowledge or consent. I have a months long on-going billing issue that they have no inclination in fixing. The way they bill you causes nothing but confusion. Absolutely useless. The amount of handholding I have had to do for the last 8 years for them to still consistently screw around with my child’s supplies has me wondering what it is they actually do.
They will send you supplies you didn’t request and when asking where I made the request for supplies they can’t provide any explanation. They sent an erroneous bill with items I didn’t have and no one had an explanation. That’s also saying no one had an explanation after playing musical agents getting passed around over and over.
