The end result seems to be fine. However Apria has one of the worst systems of communication I have worked with. Once you get hold of the person you're trying to talk to all is good but it's a sad journey attempting to get that person .
It took over a month to get my Bi-pap machine. Delay after delay. Had to call to get heated tubing sent and when received it was for the wrong machine. Unbelievable!! Someone needs to get it together!! I am not happy with Apria.
Seeking help with sleeplessness i was told 1) wear my c-pap mask more and 2) ask my PCP for medication to address insomnia. Not real helpful
I had to call four times to get someone to help me place my first order. Everyone I talked to either didn’t understand what I wanted or kept transferring me. In the end I got more supplies than I needed.
