HORRIBLE!!!! Supplies for CPAP due to sleep apnea. This company wont help you sleep. Only give you nightmares with the billing. Apria Healthcare has NO customer service. Picked up their equipment two months ago after problems with their billing. Having paperwork showing no more contract, nothing owed. They continue to bill insurance. Unless you enjoy spending countless time on the phone with Apria Healthcare and your insurance, I would avoid at all costs.
It should be zero stars, but that is not an option. If you need a CPAP machine, equipment and supplies, just tell your doctor that any company is fine, just not Apria, Cleveland, Ohio. These people are the worst of the worst for customer service. No other company can be this good at being this bad. Company can't even confirm delivery address after being told five times. Allowed patient to be discharged from hospital and did not deliver bed.
THEY NEVER AS ANSWER CALLS. EVEN FROM CORPORATE
