I had no choice in choosing this company , my doctors sent me here. They have the worst supply/ shipping department. They have screwed up my supplies 4 times, today being the 4 time and the last 2 being back to back. I am tired of calling them as I get the same routine questions since I am on Medicare, this just to tell them they have sent me the wrong supplies. How do companies like this even stay in business? Oh yeah, that’s right. Insurance companies control the world and people’s health outcomes. Apria has been unprofessional, slow, not dependable, and just a down right pathetic excuse for a business. True shame!

I broke my ankle in two places. I have been told my wheelchair would be here several times....they took my money and I still have not gotten my chair!!! I. SNF leave my house without it! And I have an appointment with the surgeon early Monday morning!! Don't use them!!! Run far far away!!!
If I could rate this joke of a company lower, I would. They are the most worthless excuse for a company I have every had the misfortune to be involved with. NO customer service. NO professionalism. NO CPap mask after 4+ months. This isn't rocket science kids......if you can't do what you say, at least pick the fricken phone up and call the customer.
