the worst company, he had back surgery on 27th July, Dr. ordered a rolling walker, tried to get one, they say still in process. ridiculous, they waited long enough, he don't need it now, he needed it when he first got home. not 3 weeks. Unbeleivable!

Sorriest company ever,they keep charging for equipment that was never delivered. The patient passed away and they are still trying to collect from patient.,even after sending the proof of death.They won't say what equipment they are looking for, they just give you a number. I finally got through on their 800 number and talked to a girl named Cheryl.They could'nt find a tracking number and after holding for a few minutes, she told me that it would be taking care of. I am still getting collection calls.
Received a box with med equipment that I did not order with no return label. I did not order and know that this is a scam since this same thing happened to my spouse. Her's came in a couple of months ago and had no idea what it was about. Received bill and she had to pay it cause she took to long to respond. Her error. Horrible company! Stay far far away! They are crooks!
This company has a policy that bridges on scam. The billing dept transferred me to customer service for them to explain a sales policy. The customer service rep only half listened to me and wanted to transfer me to billing. I asked her to tell why I was calling and she couldn't even tell me. I asked for her supervisor and she didn't transfer me.
how many people do you have answering the phone???? I have been on call with an 888 number since 4:15 and it is now 6:57!!!!
Everyone here is so helpful! They went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.
